Helpful information about doing business at the clinic

Clinic Hours:

9 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday

Clinic Phones:

We return calls promptly. We welcome calls from anyone who has questions about their health circumstance. We will tell you when an appointment is necessary and will refer you immediately if a different education or therapy is most useful to you.

House Calls:

Dr. Roush offers house calls by appointment. A $25 fee is added to normal clinic charges.

Dr. Aagenes does not do house calls.

Payment Policy:

We expect payment at the time of visit. We offer credit (on terms that you decide) for our personal services and time, but usually not for the things we have to pay for—pharmacy and lab for example.

We never turn you away because you can’t pay that day. If you need us, we will make an arrangement to help you.

Fees are discounted 10% for patients 65 and older.

Dr. Aagenes does consider discounted fees and sometimes gives free care to young women on limited incomes who are raising children alone.

Cancellation Policy:

Without notice 24-hour notice for rescheduling or cancellation, we will bill you for the time. If you reschedule within two weeks, that second visit will be offered at 50% fee. We give kind consideration for emergencies.

Insurance:

We accept limited insurance assignment and will file a claim with your insurance company. We keep our financial relationship directly with the patient. We help you with insurance in any way we are able.

We do accept insurance assignment from the children’s insurance program, CHIP, for whom Dr. Roush is a provider; and from the Montana Breast and Cervical Health Program, for whom Dr. Aagenes is a provider. Both of these programs help those who may not otherwise be able to afford care. Please call the clinic if you have questions about your own eligibility.

For information regarding CHIP eligibility go to http://chip.mt.gov/index.shtml

The Goal:

For established patients we suggest a one hour visit each year. Our patients say this visit helps keep them well. Its worth is in prevention and vitality. We review symptoms, and establish goals and treatment plans for the year, including supplements and prescriptions. As needed, we schedule necessary laboratory work and diagnostic imaging. For women this includes pelvic exams, paps, breast exam, mammogram orders etc.
